Information Communication Technology Officer II

Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) is hiring for the Information Communication Technology Officer II position in Nairobi. This is a full time, mid level role. Qualification level: Bachelors. The Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) (Kenya's Financial Intelligence Unit) is established under section 21 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2009. Requirements

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Undertake software development to provide basic software solutions that support organizational operations, using various programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, .NET, Django, Angular),
• Implement software development best practices, including agile methodologies, version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) protocols
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code,
• Participate in the testing of applications to identify and resolve defects,

Requirements
