• Communicate with operational managers regarding personnel training requirements, schedules, and compliance matters.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions related to training compliance and verify their effectiveness.
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate personnel training while tracking trainee records, licences, authorizations, and expiry dates.
• Maintain individual training files, competency records, and relevant information within the Qpulse system.
• Disseminate relevant training information to management and maintenance personnel to promote organizational awareness.
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop appropriate learning approaches aligned with maintenance function requirements.
• Prepare routine progress and activity reports while maintaining and updating curriculum databases and training records.
• Ensure training documentation is retained in accordance with the approved training manual and applicable requirements.
• Participate in audits, technical meetings, and other programmes supporting maintenance compliance and quality assurance.
• Coordinate implementation of the maintenance training budget with relevant departments and responsible managers.

Required Qualifications for Aviation Maintenance Jobs
