• Coordinate and deliver competency-based aviation security training across relevant organizational functions according to the approved training calendar.
• Provide guidance and advisory support to security personnel to promote consistent application of standards and procedures.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external security providers, regulatory authorities, and other security agencies.
• Supervise staff under direct responsibility and provide appropriate direction, coaching, and operational guidance.
• Support incident response, security risk management, and continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture.
