About the Role

The Flight Purser will be responsible for supervising the cabin crew and ensuring excellent customer service on all flights. You’ll serve as the link between the flight crew and cabin crew, manage all cabin operations, and be a role model for professionalism and in-flight safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the cabin crew team during flights.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Oversee passenger comfort, handling issues calmly and professionally.
• Conduct pre-flight briefings and post-flight evaluations.
• Liaise with the flight deck crew and ground staff as necessary.
• Provide mentorship to junior cabin crew members.
