Key responsibilities

• Dedicated teams already handle functions such as SEO and social media, and this role is responsible for coordinating these functions into one cohesive communications strategy.
• Develop and execute the group's marketing and communications strategy across Kenya and other countries of operation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring consistent delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience leading a marketing team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously.
