MNA Fellow

IFC's Manufacturing and Services (M S) teams for Eastern and Southern Africa originate, structure and supervise private-sector investments across a diverse group of markets and sectors, including manufacturing and related value chains, tourism, retail, property, health and education.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development and the origination of a strong pipeline by conducting market, sector and company research; identifying prospective clients and investment opportunities; and contributing to client engagement strategies.
• Build, review and quality-check financial models, including historical analysis, projections, valuation, debt capacity and sensitivity or scenario analysis.
• Support the structuring, negotiation and execution of debt, equity, mezzanine and mobilization solutions; contribute to term sheets, internal approval documents, legal documentation and conditions for commitment or disbursement…
