Key responsibilities

• The IT Platform Support Operations Officer role is responsible for the provision of 1st level support though technical analysis and offering solutions to issues reported or escalated via the ITSM tools in place.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
