HF Group is Hiring a Property Advisor – Real Estate Sales & Client Relations

HF Group, through its property development subsidiary HFDI (Housing Finance Development and Investment), is currently seeking a motivated and result-driven Property Advisor to join its dynamic real estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with one of Kenya’s leading institutions that has been instrumental in developing landmark estates such as Komarock and Buruburu.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, nurturing, and closing property sales leads while delivering exceptional customer service. The role is critical in expanding HFDI’s portfolio of residential and commercial real estate clients, and involves both client relationship management and end-to-end sales cycle handling.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Develop a steady pipeline of qualified leads from diverse sources such as cold calls, referrals, digital campaigns, expos, and on-site activations.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage all sales engagements from initial contact to closing.
  • Support clients through the entire sales journey—from inquiries and site visits to final documentation and payment follow-up.

Client Management & Support

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and current clients by offering advice, updates, and professional support.
  • Work closely with high-net-worth individuals and investors looking to save & invest in real estate through opportunities like Nyumba Yangu Savings Account, Fixed Term Deposit, and Call Account solutions.
  • Ensure timely upload and validation of customer payment records and adherence to agreed payment plans.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure all documents—including booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements, and transfer papers—are correctly prepared, approved, and filed via CRM.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and pipeline reports to assist in strategic decision-making.

Market Analysis & Compliance

  • Conduct regular competitor price surveys and provide insights to the sales team leader for market positioning.
  • Guarantee compliance with Kenyan real estate regulations, banking policies, and HF Group’s internal procedures.

Mortgage & Investment Guidance

  • Advise clients on property financing options available through HF Group such as Personal Loan, Asset Finance, Equity Release, and Car Loan.
  • Identify mortgage clients early in the journey and ensure their applications are created and centrally tracked for approval.

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical Competencies

  • Demonstrated experience in property sales, financial solutions, or real estate advisory.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Familiarity with financial and savings products such as Kilele Current Account, Cross Over Fanaka Savings Account, and SME Biz Account.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, and client-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Integrity, reliability, and strong team collaboration spirit.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or financial advisory roles.
  • Demonstrable track record in closing high-value property deals.
  • Well-established personal network of real estate leads and property investors.
