• St John Ambulance Kenya is a leading humanitarian organisation dedicated to saving lives, strengthening communities and advancing a safer and healthier Kenya.Position: Regional Liaison OfficerLocation: Coast Region, Eastern Region, Western Region and Central RegionKey ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee regional operations.Drive revenue growth, business development and market expansion within the region.Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Manage financial, human, physical and operational resources efficiently.Build partnerships with county governments, corporates, schools, healthcare institutions, NGOs and local communities.Oversee training, ambulance services, first aid products and community programmes within the region.Lead volunteer recruitment, coordination and membership growth.Monitor performance, service quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.Prepare timely reports and coordinate regional activities with Head Office.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Community Development or a related field.At least 3–5 years of experience in business management, regional operations, business development or stakeholder engagement.Proven ability to grow revenue, develop markets and deliver results.Strong understanding of business operations and resource management.Excellent leadership, financial management, planning and communication skills.Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
