Job Overview – Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence

The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence will play a pivotal role in Cellulant’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This position focuses on creating and maintaining insightful dashboards, performing deep data analysis, and providing executive-level reporting that drives strategic decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Power BI or Oracle BI, with a strong accounting background and a knack for translating complex financial data into business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Create comprehensive financial reports, analyze data trends, and support budget monitoring and performance tracking.
• Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Oracle BI for real-time business intelligence and predictive financial modeling.
• Accounting and Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy in ledger entries, financial statements, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Strategic Collaboration: Liaise between Finance and technical teams to implement effective data analytics solutions.
• Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks through analytics tools, improving operational efficiency.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on dashboard use and data interpretation.

Job Requirements – Qualifications & Skills Needed
