The Technical Advisor on Child-Sensitive Social Protection and Child Protection at UNICEF-Kenya will provide technical and advisory support to enhance child protection and social protection systems. Candidate Requirements:

• Masters in Social Policy or related field
• 10 years experience in child-sensitive social protection
• Experience providing strategic technical advice to government
• Knowledge of Kenya’s child protection legal framework
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in English; Kiswahili desirable

To provide technical and advisory support to the Principal Secretary, State Department for Children Services, to strengthen child protection and child-sensitive social protection systems, policies, and programmes, and to advance child related issues in key national and sectoral priorities.
