Accountant (Petroleum Retail)

WTS Energy is hiring for the Accountant (Petroleum Retail) position in Nairobi. This is a full time, mid level role. Qualification level: Bachelors; experience: 0 – 4 yrs. Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily station sales against POS reports, pump readings, cash collections, M-Pesa, card transactions, credit sales, and bank deposits.
• Ensure accurate recording of fuel, specialty products, convenience shop sales, and non-fuel income in Odoo ERP.
• Reconcile fuel and other inventory movements, investigate stock variances, and coordinate stock valuation with the Inventory/Costing Accountant.
• Verify station expenses, petty cash reconciliations, supplier documentation, and approved expenditure against budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CPA(K) qualification or equivalent recognised professional accounting qualification.
