Field Sales (Retail)

WTS Energy is hiring for the Field Sales (Retail) position in Nairobi. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Diploma; experience: 0 – 4 yrs. Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field sales and customer acquisition activities across assigned locations in Nairobi.
• Identify and approach potential customers, introduce products and services, and convert prospects into orders.
• Visit offices, residential properties, serviced apartments, Airbnb hosts, and other high-potential customer segments.
• Generate and follow up on leads to secure new customers, repeat orders, and referrals.
• Execute promotional activations, distribute approved marketing materials, and communicate current offers.

Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
