Real Estate Sales Executives

Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant is hiring for the Real Estate Sales Executives position in Nairobi. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Bachelors; experience: 0 – 4 yrs. Our consultants become an integral part of your management team, providing hands-on assistance with a variety of human resource concerns.Salary: KES 70,000 Gross per Month + sales commisions

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell residential, commercial and investment properties.
• Identify potential buyers, investors and property clients.
• Generate sales leads through networking, referrals and digital marketing.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.
• Negotiate with prospective buyers and successfully close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Research property market trends, pricing and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in real estate sales.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
