Zeno is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bike Financing Intern to support the day-to-day delivery of our motorcycle financing operations in Kenya.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, Bike Financing, you will gain practical exposure to customer onboarding, documentation checks, asset handovers, repayment monitoring, collections support, reporting, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Document recurring issues, suggest practical improvements, and support updates to checklists and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• This internship is designed for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in mobility financing, fintech operations, and customer service.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; confidence with basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and data entry.
