Reporting to the Senior Campus Administrator – Facilities, the successful candidate shall provide on-site technical supervision and quality control of construction, renovation, and maintenance works, ensuring projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, workmanship standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Ordinary Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Clerk of Works, site supervision, or construction inspection role.
Sound knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and workmanship standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
Good understanding of occupational health and safety practices on construction sites.
Strong attention to detail, observation, and reporting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with contractors and consultants.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of site documentation/reporting tools is an advantage.
Membership in the relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.
