Senior Human Resource Officer – Performance Management and Employee Wellness

Daystar University is a chartered interdenominational and evangelical Christian University. To coordinate and implement the University’s performance management and employee wellness programmes to enhance employee performance, engagement, productivity and well-being, in alignment with the University’s strategic objectives, policies and values.

Requirements:

Christian commitment and practice
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from an accredited university
Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution or CHRP qualification.
At least seven years’ experience in human resource management in a similar or equivalent organization
At least seven years’ relevant experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in a similar or equivalent organisation.
Membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and possession of a valid practising licence.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
