Senior Campus Administrator – Facilities Management

Daystar University is a chartered interdenominational and evangelical Christian University. We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions.Purpose of the Job:

The successful candidate shall provide senior-level oversight of facilities management operations across university campuses, ensuring buildings, infrastructure, and technical systems are well-maintained, safe, compliant, and support the university’s academic and operational needs.

Requirements:

Christian commitment and practice
Masters’ degree in Facilities Management, Building/Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field
Minimum 7 years’ experience in facilities/maintenance management, at least 2 in a supervisory/senior role
Professional certification (e.g., IFMA, BIFM/IWFM) is an added advantage
Sound knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and maintenance best practices
Proven experience managing contractors, budgets, and maintenance teams
Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in maintenance management software/MS Office
Membership in the relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.
