Senior Campus Administrator –Grounds and Environmental Servcies

Daystar University is a chartered interdenominational and evangelical Christian University. We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions.Purpose of the Job:

The successful candidate shall provide senior-level oversight of grounds maintenance, landscaping, beautification, and cleaning services across university campuses, ensuring an attractive, clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for staff, students, and visitors.

Requirements:

Christian commitment and practice
Masters’ degree in Horticulture, Environmental Management, Landscape Design, or a related field, or a related field
Minimum 7 years’ experience in grounds/landscaping and cleaning services management, at least 2 in a supervisory/senior role
Demonstrated experience managing teams of grounds/cleaning staff and contractors
Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and environmental/waste management practices
Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills
Good communication skills and attention to detail/aesthetics
Proficiency in MS Office and basic record-keeping systems
Membership in the relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.
