- Professional certification such as CCXP, CCEM, or an equivalent customer experience qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, conduct risk, and consumer protection standards.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills, including dashboard development, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
