Diageo, the world’s leading premium drinks company, is seeking a skilled Delivery & Change Analyst to join their Digital and Technology (IT) department in Nairobi, Kenya. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to drive the effective implementation and adoption of technology initiatives across Diageo’s regional operations.

Job Purpose

As a Delivery & Change Analyst, you will ensure robust change management plans are implemented across the Digital & Technology agenda for the region. You’ll work with Value Streams and Project Managers to develop proper change plans while collaborating with regional D&T teams to ensure market capacity to absorb change. The role includes a focus on ongoing adoption and usage of existing systems to increase value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Change Management

  • – Work with the Regional D&T Leadership Team to ensure end-to-end Digital & Technology delivers for markets
  • – Assess change impact at the outset of programs and projects to gauge resource needs
  • – Define and own macro change plans across the region in collaboration with regional delivery lead
  • – Develop a robust stakeholder map to identify key sponsors and advocates
  • – Build and maintain strong relationships with senior regional representatives

Implementation & Support

  • – Coach stakeholders and sponsors on their role in leading and embedding change
  • – Develop and support an extended regional network of change resources
  • – Govern and support the use of Diageo’s change framework by project change leads
  • – Identify potential risks and develop specific mitigation plans
  • – Conduct assessments to continuously evaluate business readiness
  • – Capture meaningful metrics to measure the value and impact of change management activities

Continuous Improvement

  • – Work collaboratively with global value streams to ensure successful project change
  • – Identify opportunities for efficiencies in ways of working
  • – Support adoption of existing D&T capabilities

Requirements

Experience

  • – Consistent track record in Technology Change Management within large matrix organizations
  • – Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • – Excellent cross-cultural impact and influencing skills
  • – Experience working in fluid, fast-changing environments under pressure
  • – Understanding of current business industry and emerging technology trends
