Design Engineer

Safal Group is hiring for the Design Engineer position in Kenya. This is a full time, mid level role. Qualification level: Masters. Applications close on 13 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Engineering Design and Development
• Develop, review, and coordinate civil, structural, and building designs for modular projects.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, design reports, structural drawings, fabrication drawings, general arrangements, construction details, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
• Undertake structural analysis and design optimization to ensure structural integrity, safety, durability, constructability, material efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop engineering solutions for steel structures, light-gauge steel systems, modular buildings, and prefabricated construction applications…
