Job Summary

The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling MOGO Kenya’s logbook loan products to new and existing customers. The position involves lead generation, customer acquisition, loan application support, and contributing to branch sales performance while maintaining customer protection standards and the company’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote MOGO Kenya logbook loan products to new and existing customers.
• Source new business through approved marketing channels and branch initiatives.
• Guide customers through loan application requirements and documentation to support the loan issuance process.
• Ensure customer documentation is accurate and complete in line with MOGO standards.
• Attend scheduled branch training sessions, meetings, and marketing activities as required.
• Achieve assigned branch sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Act as a brand ambassador for MOGO Kenya by upholding company values and maintaining a professional image.
• Perform other duties assigned by management in support of branch objectives.

What You Will Need

• High school certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• No previous experience is required to start.
• Proven sales or field marketing experience, preferably in financial services, is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and target-oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of logbook loan processes is an added advantage.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Passion for sales and willingness to learn quickly.
