What You Will Do

Motorcycle Inspections After Repossession

• Conduct thorough inspections of repossessed motorcycles to assess their condition and document damages or discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance where necessary.

Car Valuations and Inspections

• Evaluate car values using industry-standard valuation techniques and tools.
• Assess factors including make, model, year, condition, mileage, and market trends when determining vehicle valuations.

GPS and SIM Card Installation

• Install GPS trackers on cars and motorcycles to support monitoring and tracking throughout the loan period.
• Ensure GPS trackers are correctly installed and functioning according to established procedures.
• Install SIM cards in GPS tracking devices.

Motorcycle Repairs

• Perform minor motorcycle repairs and maintenance tasks to restore vehicles to operational condition.
• Work with repair teams to address technical issues and ensure quality repairs are completed promptly.

Client Assistance During Loan Application

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the loan application process.
• Respond to client questions concerning technical aspects of vehicle financing and provide clear and accurate information.

Inspection and Diagnosis

• Conduct holistic vehicle assessments, including visual checks of problem areas, driving tests, warning lights, smoke, and other indicators of vehicle condition.
• Identify and report potentially fraudulent vehicles, including vehicles with tampered or incorrect chassis numbers.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, valuations, GPS and SIM installations, and repairs performed.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and supporting documentation for internal use and compliance purposes.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across all technical assignments.
• Monitor processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Follow company policies, industry regulations, and established safety protocols.
• Prioritize safety during vehicle inspections, installations, repairs, and other technical activities.

Customer Relations

• Build positive client relationships by providing professional technical support and addressing concerns effectively.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach during client interactions.

What You Need

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of previous experience.
• Fluency in English and Swahili.
• Knowledge of the Kenyan car market, including vehicle models, features, and technical structure.
• High sense of responsibility and precision.
• Ability to plan, organise, and set priorities effectively.
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Driver’s Licence – BCE category.
