Role Details

Safe Student Transportation

Transport students safely and punctually on designated routes and schedules.

Never leave students unattended; conduct end‑of‑trip sweeps.

Release students only to authorised persons.

Follow emergency protocols in case of breakdowns or accidents.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

Cooperate with servicing and inspections.

Traffic & Road Compliance

Comply with all Kenyan traffic laws.

Key responsibilities

• To provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for students while adhering to all traffic laws and school policies.
• Ensure all students are seated and secure before departure.
• Assist learners boarding and alighting, with care for younger or special‑needs students.
• Maintain discipline and order on the bus.
• Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Report mechanical faults immediately; do not operate unsafe vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle readiness (fuel, fluids, tyres, safety equipment).
• Report accidental damage promptly.
