What You Will Do

• Visit clients with overdue accounts, encourage payment, and support compliance with agreed repayment schedules.
• Repossess offline motorcycles from clients who have failed to meet contractual payment obligations after telephone follow-up and demand letters have been ineffective.
• Handle debt recovery and asset repossession professionally and in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Work closely with police officers and government agencies to support the safe custody and recovery of MOGO-financed assets.
• Stay informed about new measures and laws affecting motorcycles and their impact on daily operations.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports on missing motorcycles and provide recommendations to internal credit analysts to support risk analysis and approvals.
• Compile reports on incidents and recommend measures that can help prevent similar occurrences in the future.
• Identify innovative ways to track and monitor financed assets more effectively.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recovery reports and contribute to recovery strategies.

What You Will Need

• Minimum qualification of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
• Previous experience in debt recovery is an added advantage.
• A customer-oriented attitude and professional approach to client interactions.
• A valid driving licence, including A2 category.
• A2 driving licence is a must.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and solve complex problems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Swahili.
