Manager, Financial Accounting & Reporting Job Description – Finance jobs in Nairobi

The Manager, Financial Accounting & Reporting will lead and oversee financial accounting and reporting activities, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial information. Required Qualifications – Financial Accounting careers in Kenya

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounts), Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management (Accounts), or an equivalent qualification.
• Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 12 years of relevant work experience, including five years in a management role.
• CPA (K), ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting certification.
• Registration with ICPAK or an equivalent professional body in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Government Accounting Standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with ERP financial modules and financial reporting automation.
• Leadership course lasting at least four weeks from a recognized institution.
