About the Role

The People and Culture Coordinator plays a central role in coordinating people operations and supporting the employee experience across the company. The position sits at the intersection of HR, Legal, and Finance, helping ensure people processes are accurate, timely, consistent, and aligned with company policies.

The role also supports communication, team interactions, culture initiatives, and leadership activities. It requires strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, cross-functional coordination, and a people-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, system setup, probation tracking, confirmations, and employee records.
  • Facilitate the preparation, issuance, renewal, and amendment of employment contracts in collaboration with Legal.
  • Track contract timelines and maintain accurate records of contractual changes for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Prepare and validate payroll inputs with Finance and maintain accurate employee benefits records, including medical and pension information.
  • Coordinate employee queries relating to payroll inputs, benefits, statutory deductions, and insurance.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, including goal setting, check-ins, reviews, confirmations, KPI tracking, and follow-up actions.
  • Support recruitment, talent management, employee development, onboarding, employer brand initiatives, and succession planning.
  • Maintain accurate HR data across HR systems, Google Workspace, Slack, and other relevant platforms while reconciling employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports covering areas such as headcount, contracts, leave, and performance to support operational and leadership decisions.
  • Support HR policy implementation, compliance, audit readiness, employee engagement, culture initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and people-related communications.
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready employee documentation across HRMIS and Google Drive while ensuring appropriate data privacy and access controls.
  • Support the CEO and leadership team with people-related reports, meeting materials, action tracking, and communication of key people initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations and Culture roles.
  • Experience coordinating across functions including HR, Legal, and Finance.
