The Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) is hiring a talented and experienced Photographer to join their team. This exciting opportunity allows you to document and showcase the bank’s activities through compelling photography and videography.

Requirements:

• – Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field
• – Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy photographic environment
• – Expert proficiency in photography editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Creative Suite)
• – Exceptional photography skills and knowledge of digital photography techniques
• – Ability to meet strict deadlines for photography assignments
• – Knowledge of copyright laws and image use rights

Duties and Responsibilities:

• – Capture captivating images and videos at bank events, adhering to brand guidelines
• – Select and prepare equipment, props, and locations for photo shoots
• – Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute photo shoots according to briefs
• – Edit photographs and videos for publication across various formats
• – Prepare ad hoc and periodic reports on photography activities
• – Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure consistent visual branding
• – Adhere to bank policies, procedures, guidelines, and related standards
• – Organize and maintain an archive of digital assets, ensuring accessibility and security
