Principal Instructor Job Description
The Principal Instructor is a senior training and supervisory position responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering agricultural training programmes while ensuring high standards of instruction and learner performance. Required Qualifications for Agricultural Instructor Jobs in Kenya
- Minimum cumulative service period of twelve (12) years with relevant experience, including at least three (3) years served as a Senior Instructor or in a comparable position.
- Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Education and Extension, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Animal Science, Farm Management, Food Science and Technology, Agro-processing, Agricultural Extension, Irrigation Engineering, Sustainable Agriculture, or another related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Training of Trainers Course lasting at least two (2) weeks or a Certificate in Instructor Training lasting at least three (3) months.
- Certificate in Senior Management Course lasting at least four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.
- Membership in a relevant professional body where applicable and proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural instructor jobs in Kenya, curriculum development, learner assessment, and agricultural training management.
