Role Summary
The Receptionist serves as AWF’s primary point of contact, managing front office operations and providing comprehensive administrative support. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the organization’s professional image while ensuring smooth office operations.
Core Responsibilities
Front Office Management
- – Welcome and direct visitors professionally
- – Maintain a pristine reception area
- – Handle all inquiries efficiently
- – Operate and maintain the office switchboard
Administrative Support
- – Manage office supplies procurement and inventory
- – Track staff absence and availability
- – Monitor and report monthly utility usage
- – Coordinate meeting room schedules
- – Support VAT exemption certificate processing
Logistics and Events
- – Assist with staff travel arrangements
- – Manage courier services and mail processing
- – Support event planning and execution
- – Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience
- – Diploma in Office Administration, Front Office Management, or related field
- – Minimum 2 years of similar experience, preferably in an international organization
