CDL was founded in early 2003 by its current Managing Director Lucy Mmari.Within her 14 year tenure in a well established logistics company, She honed her skill in human resources management and thereafter started CDL.Job Objective

The Senior Manager will drive subscriber growth, revenue, engagement and retention across African markets through a combination of data-driven marketing, content, telco/distribution partnerships and regional team leadership.
The ideal candidate will come from digital subscription, streaming, media, fintech, mobile or technology businesses, with proven experience growing a subscriber/user base using data, content and strategic partnerships.
