Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

• – Ensure data and application availability
• – Monitor systems and applications
• – Perform root cause analysis
• – Manage configurations and automate routine tasks
• – Maintain technical documentation
• – Support M-PESA and related integrations

Development and Implementation

• – Develop applications using Spring Boot framework
• – Design scalable, high-performance solutions
• – Participate in product testing and upgrades
• – Implement DevOps technologies and processes
• – Write clean, maintainable code
• – Conduct code reviews

Stakeholder Management

• – Collaborate with internal and external technical teams
• – Transfer system knowledge to internal customers
• – Provide timely feedback to stakeholders
• – Maintain accurate issue tracking and resolution records

Required Qualifications

• – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
• – 2+ years’ experience in telecommunications or financial services
• – Expertise in system monitoring and alerting
• – Database knowledge (NoSQL and SQL)
• – Programming skills in Java, Python, Angular JS
• – DevOps and GitHub experience
• – ITIL Service Operations understanding
• – Mobile money systems knowledge
