Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business performance within the assigned territory by maximizing sales, operational efficiency, and overall site performance.

Periodically conduct site hard closure to ensure full accountability of cash and stocks.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of monthly fuel, lubricants, and LPG sales targets.
• Manage wet stock controls to maintain product losses within approved limits.
• Train and coach site teams on company standards, business principles, and product knowledge.
• Review site P&L performance and recommend improvement actions to enhance profitability.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely resolution through JIRA.
• Report, document and follow up for closure of all incidents at the service station…
