Key Responsibilities

Convenience business additions, and contract rent escalations where applicable.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business performance within the assigned territory by maximizing sales, operational efficiency, and overall site performance.
• Ensure the achievement of monthly fuel, lubricants, and LPG sales targets.
• Manage wet stock controls to maintain product losses within approved limits.
• Train and coach site teams on company standards, business principles, and product knowledge.
• Review site P&L performance and recommend improvement actions to enhance profitability.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely resolution through JIRA.
