KCB Bank is hiring for the position of Agile Coach. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of large-scale, complex programs across multiple teams, departments, business Units, and the organization. The Agile Coach will supervise the day-to-day running of scrums and work closely with product owners, scrum masters, and other stakeholders to ensure that the program meets business and technical requirements while adhering to agile principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, including understanding product roadmaps and priorities, tracking content readiness, facilitating meetings between stakeholders, managing stakeholders outside the scrum, and conducting PI planning for Product Area and Technology teams.
  • – Support PI Execution by tracking progress, leading synchronization events, backlog refinement, promoting DevOps and continuous delivery, and coordinating planning efforts across Product Areas.
  • – Coach and mentor Product and Tech teams in agile and PI processes, and help increase the adoption of Scrum practices within the organization.
  • – Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, use metrics effectively to identify trends and improvement areas, and work with teams on improvements.

Requirements:

  • – Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • – Any Agile or Scrum certification, SAFe® Release Train Engineer Certification (RTE), Agile Coach certifications, or Scaled Agile certification.
  • – 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • – 3 years of successful project implementation experience using Agile and Scrum methodology, with the ability to track and monitor the health of a planning interval quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • – 2 years of experience in coaching and mentoring teams in agile and SAFe.
  • – Experience in working in an Agile development environment, with the ability to identify risks, issues, and escalate appropriately.
  • – Hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile coach within an organization with 50-150 people within squad/tribes (desirable).
  • – Experience in stakeholder engagement/management and communication.
