About the Role

The Call Centre Agent will serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling calls and service enquiries while providing initial technical support. The role involves troubleshooting basic internet, Wi-Fi and router issues, logging support tickets and ensuring customer issues are followed up appropriately.

Successful candidates will also escalate unresolved technical issues and coordinate with technical teams to support timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and respond to service enquiries.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for internet, Wi-Fi and router issues.
• Log customer support tickets accurately.
• Follow up on support tickets until resolution.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the relevant teams.
• Coordinate with technical teams regarding customer support issues.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in networking or an ISP environment.
• Diploma or higher qualification in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
• Customer service and telephone handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of internet, Wi-Fi and router troubleshooting.
• Ability to log tickets, follow up on issues and escalate unresolved matters.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Splynx.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Previous experience in ISP technical support.
