Role Overview: Consultant

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant to join their Nairobi team. Key Responsibilities

• – Collaborate with diverse teams to address multifaceted business challenges across industries and regions.

What They Are Looking For

To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

Experience:

•   – Minimum of 6 years in strategy consulting with a proven track record of delivering results and implementing strategies.
•   – Alternatively, an MBA from a top university with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.

Analytical Skills:

•   – Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.
•   – Proficiency in advanced data analysis and hypothesis generation techniques.

Leadership and Adaptability:

•   – Demonstrated ability to lead in diverse group settings and adapt to evolving project requirements.
•   – Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating insights to clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Client Management:

•   – Expertise in building and maintaining relationships across various levels of client organizations.

Language Skills:

•   – Fluency in English and local office languages.
