Manager, Information Communication Technology Job Description
The Manager, Information Communication Technology is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing ICT strategies, policies, and standards aligned with the Fund’s Corporate Strategic Plan. Reporting directly to the Managing Trustee and Chief Executive Officer, the role ensures that ICT systems effectively support business operations, service delivery, and long-term institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Completion of a recognized leadership or management course.
- Membership in good standing with a relevant accredited professional body.
- Professional ICT certification such as CISA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CNE, or equivalent.
- Minimum cumulative service period of fifteen (15) years, including three (3) years at Assistant Manager, ICT level or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer applications and enterprise ICT systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing ICT operations within large public sector or regulated organizations.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, disaster recovery planning, and risk management.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale ICT transformation initiatives.
