Regional Relationship Manager Jobs in Kenya

The Regional Relationship Manager – Biashara Banking will coordinate regional business activities to ensure the successful implementation of the Bank’s strategies, goals, and objectives. The successful candidate will drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, loan portfolio growth, investment and insurance opportunities, service quality, staff productivity, and business development across the North-Eastern Region.

The role also focuses on coaching branch teams, strengthening credit quality, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regional business updates and provide progress reports to the Segment Head – Biashara Banking.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of six (6) years’ experience as a Relationship Supervisor in Biashara Banking.
• Strong understanding of microfinance industry practices and SME banking.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
