Relationship Manager, Institutional Banking Job Description – Institutional Banking Jobs in Kenya
The Relationship Manager, Institutional Banking is responsible for originating, managing, and growing banking relationships across NGOs, SACCOs, financial institutions, and other institutional clients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within NGOs, SACCOs, and other institutional client segments.

- Design and promote banking products tailored to NGOs, SACCOs, and institutional organizations.
- Prepare and present business proposals that address client financial and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications – Institutional Banking Careers in Kenya
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Commerce, or another relevant discipline.
- Master’s degree or professional banking qualifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in institutional banking, relationship management, or corporate banking.
- Experience managing NGO, SACCO, or financial institution relationships.
- Knowledge of banking operations, trade finance, correspondent banking, and credit appraisal.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations affecting NGOs and SACCOs.
