Service Desk Analyst Leadership Responsibilities

Team Management

  • – Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite

Technical Competencies

  • – Advanced knowledge of Active Directory
  • – Experience with Azure environments
  • – Security and anti-virus tools expertise
  • – Network and printer management skills
