The Telesales Representative will play a crucial role in connecting with existing customers over the phone to promote M-KOPA’s innovative products and services. Reporting directly to the Telesales Team Lead, this position focuses on achieving and exceeding sales targets while building strong, lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance
- – Drive sales growth by proactively introducing and selling additional M-KOPA products to existing customers
- – Implement effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed campaign conversion goals
- – Meet and surpass established sales targets consistently
Customer Relationship Management
- – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty
- – Handle inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly
- – Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat business
Quality & Productivity
- – Maintain high call quality benchmarks by delivering accurate and complete information
- – Meet expected talk time and call handling metrics
- – Manage interactions efficiently to achieve daily and weekly productivity targets
Reporting & Feedback
- – Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- – Provide regular feedback to the Telesales Team Lead on campaign progress
- – Contribute insights to improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- – Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management or related field
- – Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment
- – Previous experience in BPO or call center industry preferred
