The Telesales Representative will play a crucial role in connecting with existing customers over the phone to promote M-KOPA’s innovative products and services. Reporting directly to the Telesales Team Lead, this position focuses on achieving and exceeding sales targets while building strong, lasting customer relationships.

Compensation & Location Details

  • Salary: KES 20,000 per month
  • Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance

  • – Drive sales growth by proactively introducing and selling additional M-KOPA products to existing customers
  • – Implement effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed campaign conversion goals
  • – Meet and surpass established sales targets consistently

Customer Relationship Management

  • – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty
  • – Handle inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly
  • – Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat business

Quality & Productivity

  • – Maintain high call quality benchmarks by delivering accurate and complete information
  • – Meet expected talk time and call handling metrics
  • – Manage interactions efficiently to achieve daily and weekly productivity targets

Reporting & Feedback

  • – Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • – Provide regular feedback to the Telesales Team Lead on campaign progress
  • – Contribute insights to improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • – Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management or related field
  • – Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment
  • – Previous experience in BPO or call center industry preferred
