Human Resource Management Officer

Thika Technical Training Institute is hiring for the Human Resource Management Officer position in Kenya. This is a full time, mid level role. Qualification level: Bachelors. A member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) or equivalent professional qualification and in good standing. Applications close on 6 November 2026.

A management course or leadership course lasting at least four weeks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognized Institution.
• Master's Degree in the related field will be an added advantage.
• Certificate in Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) or equivalent Professional qualification.
• Ten (10) years minimum Experience in the Human Resource Field or similar role.
• Proficiency in computer use and applications.
• Having proven knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System will be an added advantage.
