Business Development Executiv

CIC Insurance is hiring for the Business Development Executiv position in Kenya. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Bachelors. Applications close on 5 November 2026.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the role holder will generate revenue for CIC General Insurance Limited to achieve corporate annual budgets through the development of assigned markets and channels as a source of profitable business for the company through development of strong relationships and partnerships through identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and activating new insurance intermediaries to expand CIC’s distribution network, increase intermediary driven business, and drive sustainable growth in Gross Written Premium.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in planning and budgeting for the department
• Participate in various departmental meetings
• Any other duty as may be given by the line manager

Requirements

• Champion service excellence and ensure consistent delivery of an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• A diploma in Insurance is desirable
