Mortician Job Description – Mortuary Jobs in Nairobi

The Mortician will provide professional mortuary services by receiving, preserving, documenting, preparing, and releasing human remains in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards. Key Responsibilities

• Diploma in Morgue Science, Mortuary Science, Morgue Training and Mortuary Science, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Membership with the Morticians and Allied Professionals Association of Kenya or another relevant professional body.
• Certificate in Computer Applications.
• Compliance with the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
• Strong knowledge of mortuary operations, embalming procedures, infection prevention, and legal documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and record management skills.
