Senior Relationship Manager Jobs in Kenya: Key Responsibilities
- Source new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships within global custody services.

- Ensure custody reports are delivered within agreed service level timelines.
- Support resolution of audit matters and ensure accurate billing and revenue collection.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
- Capital Markets Program Certification (CISI) Level 1 or equivalent qualification.
- Trustee Development Program Certification (TDPK) is required.
- Minimum seven years of banking or financial services experience.
- At least three years of experience working in banking operations.
- Minimum five years of relationship management experience within local or global custody services.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience processing business tenders from preparation through completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing institutional investors, retirement benefit schemes, or investment funds.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, custody operations, and financial regulations.
- Ability to anticipate client challenges and develop innovative service solutions.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities in client-facing roles.
