Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
• Capital Markets Program Certification (CISI) Level 1 or equivalent qualification.
• Trustee Development Program Certification (TDPK) is required.
• Minimum seven years of banking or financial services experience.
• At least three years of experience working in banking operations.
• Minimum five years of relationship management experience within local or global custody services.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience processing business tenders from preparation through completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing institutional investors, retirement benefit schemes, or investment funds.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, custody operations, and financial regulations.
