• Professional qualification in Product Management, Banking, Marketing, or Management such as CIM, CMI, CPM, or ACIB is desirable.
• Project Management certification including PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum ten years of professional experience with strong leadership exposure.
• At least six years of experience in sales, four years in stakeholder management, and four years in strategic planning.
• Experience in product development, team management, and project execution within banking or financial services.
